Zhejiang Tianshi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. was established in May 2004 with a registered capital of 100 million yuan and a total investment of 500 million yuan. It is the standing director unit of Zhejiang Shipbuilding Industry Association, the national steel general steel ship Class I and II construction enterprise, the key industrial enterprise of Taizhou City, and the vice-chairman unit of Taizhou Shipbuilding Industry Association.
The company covers an area of more than 500 acres and the coastline is more than 1,000 meters long. There are 7 berths, including 1 berth of 50,000-ton class, 3 berths of 30,000-ton class and 3 berths of 20,000-ton class, gantry cranes with a maximum lifting capacity of 300 tons, and 1 dry dock of 70,000-ton class (currently located in Taizhou The largest), a 200-meter-long outfitting wharf, with an annual construction capacity of more than 300,000 dwt.

The company has advanced digital shipbuilding design system, 3D modeling virtual shipbuilding system, intelligent processing and layout software and ERP enterprise resource management system. It has a comprehensive hull processing and construction workshop, a wheel tube workshop, an electromechanical workshop, a collection center, and a painting room, equipped with large flatbed trucks, lift trucks, CNC automatic guided plasma CNC cutting machines, hydraulic folding machines, CNC rib bending machines, CNC coils Professional advanced ship repairing and building equipment such as board machine, large hydraulic machine, milling machine, CNC pipe bender, automatic semi-automatic welding machine.
The company has passed the GB/T 19001-2008/ISO9001-2008 quality management system certification, the classification construction audit of China Classification Society CCS and French Classification Society BV, and passed the ISO14001: 2004 environmental management system, GB/T28001-2011 /OHSAS18001: 2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, GB/T23331-2012 Energy Management System Certification. The Enterprise Technology Center was assessed as Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Technology Center by Zhejiang Provincial Economic and Information Commission in June 2015.
